Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking for your peace of mind. You can monitor your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your door.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
  • Track your parcel using the carrier's website or tracking portal
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Important: The customer is responsible for paying all import duties, customs charges, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.

  • Import charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities
  • GymPin has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount
  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in your parcel being returned to sender
  • Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges

Return to Sender Policy

We understand that sometimes deliveries don't go as planned. However, when a parcel is returned to sender, additional costs are incurred that must be recovered.

If your parcel is returned to sender due to any of the following reasons, the following charges will apply:

Reasons for Return to Sender:

  • Rejected delivery or refusal to accept the parcel
  • Unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import charges
  • Missed delivery attempts with no collection arranged
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by customer

Charges Applied:

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return the parcel to GymPin
  • Customs Duties Deduction: Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid by GymPin will be deducted from your refund
  • Original Shipping Non-Refundable: The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable
  • 15% Restocking Fee: A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs

Example: If your order total was £100 with £10 shipping, and the parcel is returned to sender, you will receive a refund of £100 minus return shipping costs, minus any duties paid, minus the £10 original shipping, minus the 15% restocking fee (£15).

Every GymPin is engineered, hand-finished and quality checked in-house before it leaves our workshop. We don’t mass-produce or outsource—each product is individually prepared, built from British steel, and personally packaged by a member of the team who understands why your training matters. We send GymPins to lifters all over the world, working hard to navigate the constantly changing landscape of global shipping, export rules and import tariffs. Wherever possible, we do our best to minimise delays and keep costs fair, but duty, VAT or local customs processes may apply depending on your destination.

Delivery times vary by country, but our goal is always the same: to get the right kit to the right lifter, as quickly and safely as possible.
