Belt squats with a lever arm set up are a great leg exercise to do in your home gym.
Problem is, as they get heavier, the set up becomes more difficult and cumbersome.
Aaron @CurlsInTheRack (CITR) came up with the kickstand prototype, as a way to get safely in and out of the starting position on lever arm belt squats.
When you lift off at the start of the set, the Kickstand will swing out of the way and rest on the rack protected by a rubber handle, allowing you to squat without hindrance.
When you’ve finished the set, pull the Kickstand back and set it down in the rack receiver bracket.
We hope you enjoy training with them as much as we’ve enjoyed manufacturing them for Aaron!
